Town of Twisp Seeking to Fill Board of Adjustment Positions!
“The Town of Twisp has a need for volunteers on its Board of Adjustments. Board members will make decisions on applications for variances, conditional use permits and nonconforming use or structure variances, in each case considering the impacts of the proposed use or alteration.
There are currently five open positions with two- and three-year terms available. A qualified applicant must be a resident of the Town of Twisp. Interest and aptitude for municipal zoning and planning are encouraged.
To apply for the Twisp Board of Adjustments, please complete and return to the Twisp Clerk’s Office an application form (found on townoftwisp.com) with a cover letter by April 4, 2024. To be considered for the appointment, all applicants must attend the April 9, 2024 Town Council Meeting to be interviewed by the Town Council for a fair selection process.
