Twisp Municipal Court

The Town of Twisp operates a municipal court that deals with traffic/non traffic infractions, parking infractions and Code Enforcement. David Ebenger is the residing Twisp Municipal Court Judge.

Court is held on the fourth Thursday of every month beginning at 3:00PM in the Twisp Town Hall currently located at 118 South Glover.

Please note that court days are subject to change, so it is best to confirm your hearing date with the Court Administrator at 509-997-1090.

All persons who wish to attend Municipal Court by telephone/video conference hearings should contact the Court Clerk for contact information and availability.
