Experienced Police Officer Position The Town of Twisp is hiring an experienced lateral police officer. Twisp is a small rural town nestled within the eastern foothills of the North Cascade Mountains with a population of 985. The Methow Valley offers a variety of seasonal recreation opportunities for many outdoor activities. The successful candidate would be required to live very near our quiet town. This is a full time police officer position with excellent benefits. The successful candidate must be certified by Washington State, or have the ability to successfully pass the equivalency. Requirements include a full background check, psychological and polygraph. Pay range - $32,635 - $48,942/full time (DOE). Opened until filled; first review January 20th, 2010.
